If there is one quality that sets me apart from other real estate agents, it’s my 25 years of legal experience.  I have never met another agent with a similar background.  Most agents come from sales.  They are looking for a quick sale and then move on to the next customer.  I want repeat clients, and I can give you the service you need to make yourself one.

My Personal History

I was born and raised in Everett and I know Puget Sound neighborhoods like the proverbial back of my hand.  I can find the right neighborhood and right house for a client quickly and efficiently.  I know the bus routes and where to find a good cup of coffee.  After high school, I moved to Seattle and spent 25 years in the legal industry. I returned home in 2004, armed with legal knowledge and a strong desire to put that to work in real estate. In 2005, I passed the Limited Practice Officer test through the Washington State Bar regarding real estate and closings.  I’ve been building my real estate business ever since.

My Purpose

Of course, I’m in business to earn a living, but my commitment to my industry and my clients goes deeper than that.  I enjoy working in all of the wonderful neighborhoods in our community.  I am thrilled when I can help a young family find their dream home or help a retiring couple convert their equity into their retirement nest-egg.

Since 2007, I’ve published a full color neighborhood newsletter that is hand delivered to about 550 homes.  This newsletter is an expression of the proud title I like to bear as The Neighborhood Expert and I also write a local blog about life and events in Everett.
